Inpatient Rehabilitation Services

At Greenwood Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, we provide inpatient rehabilitation to people recovering from disabling diseases and injuries, such as strokes, orthopedic, brain, and spinal cord injuries. In addition, we treat individuals who may have chronic illnesses such as cerebral palsy, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease.

Nationally Recognized: Our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care, and has earned The Joint Commission’s advanced stroke certification. This means that we provide the highest level of care available to patients right here in our own community.

Requirements :

Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or related medical facility preferred

Graduate of a state-approved course that provided 90 or more hours of classroom instruction in food service supervision preferred.

OR any equivalent combination of education and experience

Certified Dietary Manager or Dietitian Preferred; Required in the following states: South Carolina, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming

Job Description:

Responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Food Service Department to include planning, developing, organizing, and evaluating all aspects of food preparation and service to ensure quality food service. May provide technical guidance in food preparation and service techniques.
