Advanced Care Hospital of Montana (ACHM) is a 40-bed, long term acute care hospital. At ACHM, we believe your recovery is more than just physical. We offer long-term acute care and critical care services for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.

Our patients typically have a medically complex condition that requires more intensive services than found in other post-acute settings, such as skilled nursing facilities. The physicians that comprise our team are knowledgeable of the acute care setting of a traditional hospital and, therefore, possess the clinical expertise to treat a variety of medical conditions including:

-Trauma

-Ventilator Weaning

-Wound Healing

-Respiratory Failure

-Amputation

-Infectious Diseases

Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, this full-time position is responsible for achieving specific volume results by selling and marketing long-term acute care services to healthcare practitioners.

  • Maintains a sales territory as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Business Development. Sales territories are dynamic in nature and may change based upon the needs of the market and the facility.
  • Exhibits professionalism and develops long term business relationships with referral sources. Develops, implements, evaluates and refines territory sales plans based upon data, trends, market needs, and facility needs.
  • Understands expected goals and monitors achievement for sales contacts, referrals, admissions, conversions, etc. Accepts responsibility and accountability for territory.
  • Utilizes effective selling skills and tools. Participates in and completes training initiatives to enhance core competencies as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Business Development.
  • Completes accurate pre-admission evaluations in a timely manner.   Demonstrates the highest degree of customer service and professionalism to our customers (referrals sources, patients/families, payors, etc.).
  • Coordinates specific marketing and public relations activities such as exhibits at conferences, seminars/in-services, advertising, media relations, government relations, etc., as assigned.
  • Meets all deadlines related to reports, plans, projects and related job responsibilities.
  • Maintains high ethical standards in selling our program and services. Understands and follows the company Standards of Business Conduct.

 

 

 

Skills / Requirements

Required Skills:

  • RN, LPN or Respiratory Therapist license required.
    • Three (3) to five (5) years healthcare experience.
    • Valid driver’s license in the State of Montana required.
    • Proof of automobile insurance and clean driving record required.
    • Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
