We have a great opportunity for a Director of Nursing at our 20 bed rehabilitation hospital in Laredo, Texas!

Inpatient Rehabilitation Services:  At Laredo Rehabilitation Hospital, we provide inpatient rehabilitation to people recovering from disabling diseases and injuries, such as strokes, orthopedic, brain, and spinal cord injuries. In addition, we treat individuals who may have chronic illnesses such as cerebral palsy, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease.

Laredo Rehabilitation Hospital ranked in the top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for its 1st eligible year.  The ranking is by the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation (UDSMR), a not-for-profit corporation that was developed with support from the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation research, a component of the U.S. Department of Education. The UDSMR ranks rehabilitation facilities based upon care that is:

  • Licensed as a RN in the State of Texas
  • CPR certification required.  ACLS certification required in Texas.
  • Masters degree required in the State of Texas
  • Three years experience in hospital nurse management position preferred.
