We have a great opportunity for a PRN Registered Nurse at our 93 bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Lubbock, Texas!

Inpatient Rehabilitation Services

At Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital of Lubbock, we provide inpatient rehabilitation for adults recovering from disabling diseases and injuries, such as strokes, orthopedic, brain, and spinal cord injuries. In addition, we treat individuals who may have chronic illnesses such as cerebral palsy, ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease.

Nationally Recognized: Our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care twice, and has earned The Joint Commission’s advanced stroke certification. This means that we have provided the highest level of care available to patients right here in our own community

Position Summary:

  • The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
  • The role is also responsible for patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations designed to prevent complications of physical disability, restore optimal functioning, and help the patient adapt to an altered life style.
  • Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Weekend and Night differential pay



Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.

Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.

Current CPR Certification required.

One (1) year recent experience required. Acute care setting preferred.

ACLS certification preferred
