Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital (NCRH) is currently seeking an experienced full-time Respiratory Therapist. Proposed schedule is 8 hr. shifts Tuesday – Saturday, with evening flexibility. Using discretion and independent judgment, the Respiratory Therapist evaluates and treats patients with breathing disorders and provides quality patient care as a member of the Rehabilitation Team.

Minimum Work Experience

  • One (1) year recent experience in acute care setting preferred.

Required Licenses/Certifications

  • Current State of Colorado license as Respiratory Therapist is required.
  • Current BLS/CPR required.

Required Skills/Knowledge/Ability

  • Proficient use of appropriate forms in documenting care and medical necessity. 
  • Demonstrated organizational skills. 
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
  • Ability to demonstrate clinical proficiency utilizing policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Knowledgeable about accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standard set forth by the state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS.
