Director of Facilities Management
Our Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital, designed solely for the provision of specialized rehabilitative care, is the only freestanding acute rehabilitation hospital serving Northern Colorado. We provide inpatient rehabilitation to members of our community recovering from disabling diseases and injuries such as strokes, orthopedic injuries, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. Additionally, we treat individuals who may have chronic illnesses such as MS or Parkinson's.

Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital (NCRH) is currently seeking an experienced Director of Facilities Management. The Director of Facilities Management is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of hospital buildings, grounds, and mechanical/electrical systems, while ensuring compliance with all local, state, NFPA, OSHA and Joint Commission regulations and standards. The position interacts with other department heads to ensure safe and efficient operations. Hires, trains, and supervises building service personnel. Serves as the hospitals Safety Officer with authority to take immediate action if current conditions threaten safety, health, or life.
- One year working under regulatory requirements required (e.g. Joint Commisison, OSHA, ISO9001)
- Four (4) years related work experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred.
- Certification or licensing of one of the following is preferred: Plumbing, HVAC, Air Conditioning, or Electrician
