Ernest Health owns and operates community-based acute rehabilitation and long-term acute care facilities in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Montana, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. ABOUT OUR HOSPITALS
Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest (RHN) is a 30-bed, Rehabilitation Hospital located in Post Falls, ID, opened in the December 2013. Our facility is designed solely for the provision of specialized rehabilitative care. The facility’s unique design will foster a comfortable and responsive environment for our patients. Our hospital provides rehabilitative services for patients with functional deficits as a result of debilitating illnesses, or injuries. Through our inpatient rehabilitation programs, we help patients recover quickly and return home with a renewed sense of self-sufficiency.
Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital (NIACH) is a 40 bed long term acute care hospital located in Post Falls, Idaho. NIACH offers long-term acute care and critical care services for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. We are proud of our excellent patient outcomes and high patient satisfaction scores.
Responsible for providing hospital telecommunication services through the use of telephones, pagers, the paging system, radio, or computer to connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families. May maintain records related to telecommunications (e.g., long distance phone calls, on-call employees, pages). Assists with patient admissions process. Integrates the hospital’s mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- 1 year experience working in a clerical role in a hospital environment, preferred.
Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
